McCormack, McCormack & Associates is a national provider of specialized executive search services and among the first national search practices to specialize in diversity recruiting.  McCormack & Associates conducts searches for senior executives and board members for not-for-profit organizations with a focus on healthcare, social services, and social justice, and on behalf of for-profit corporations committed to diversity in the workplace.

In 1993, McCormack & Associates was founded to recruit senior leadership for the many AIDS research, advocacy & human services organizations growing exponentially in response to the nationwide pandemic.  Often run by volunteers, these organizations were beginning to receive substantial government and private sector funding.  All needed top-flight professionals in key management positions, and McCormack & Associates was retained to fill over 100 such positions in its first five years of business.
