As the Director of Administration, Justin has worked on searches for Servicemembers Legal Defense Network, New Leaf: Services for Our Community, GLAAD, LA Gay & Lesbian Center, the Colorado GLBT Community Center, Children’s Burn Foundation, L.A. County, MassEquality and others.  He is the first point of contact in your search and will work to ensure client satisfaction throughout the process.

Prior to joining McCormack & Associates in 2006, Justin worked at Toyota Motor Sales’ corporate headquarters in various administrative and logistical roles beginning with the launch of Scion brand vehicles in 2003.  He is a native of Los Angeles and holds a BA in Economics from DePauw University in Greencastle, IN.
